Ms. Radhavi Deshpande is the Nominee Director (representative of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd) of CCIL since May 2021.
She is the Chief Investment Officer of the Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd. She has more than 25 years of work experience with the Kotak Group. After joining Fixed Income Securities Group in Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited in the year 1996, she joined Treasury Team of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited in the year 2003. She has worked in various capacities at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited including Head of Primary Dealer business, Head of Fixed Income trading, OIS and Debt Sales and Head of Equity trading desk with focus on IPO investments, etc.
She possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Institute of Management Education, Pune.
